FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What are CNG, LNG, CBG, LBG and LPG?

CNG is compressed natural gas, LNG liquefied natural gas, CBG compressed biogas, LBG liquefied biogas and LPG liquefied petroleum gas.

Where are the gas cylinders installed?

They can be mounted on the side in place of a second diesel tank or on the frame behind the cab. Metal, metal-composite and full-composite cylinders are available.

Does the engine need to be rebuilt?

No. The auxiliary system is installed on the existing engine without mechanically modifying it.

How does it affect the DPF?

The effect depends on the vehicle and configuration. Gaznet can assess a specific vehicle after reviewing its data.

Which trucks are good candidates?

Suitability is assessed from the truck, engine, load, mileage and routes.

How much can a fleet save?

Savings depend on the truck, routes and current fuel prices. Ask Gaznet for an estimate based on your fleet data.
